An update from foster Mom, Nancy.
It’s been a couple of months now since Georgie had his “TECA” ear surgery and after the initial month of full recovery, he has started to be the boy that was hidden away behind constant discomfort and a hard start in his young life. He is a pleasure in the house and is great with his foster sister, Olive and uncle Echo and two cousin kitties, Rufus and Isabelle.

Georgie has always wanted so much to be a good boy and learn the ropes. He is quick to learn and slow to trust but he has learned that too – trust first and then love – he is understanding it now! And he is learning some pretty great tricks!

Anyway, I am just so grateful that there were many who were willing to give him a chance to be the dog he wants to be. He is still vulnerable and needs an understanding heart but he is a wonderful, quirky, silly, goofy, magnificent boy. If he continues to progress he will be looking for his forever home around February – perhaps a Georgie love story awaits.
